Membership
The Network is a private, invitation-based membership operated by Tallest Peak. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove membership at our discretion to protect the community.
Acceptable use
No spam, harassment, or unsolicited mass outreach. Direct messages open only after the recipient accepts a request. Do not post content you do not have the right to share. Confidential material shared inside the Network stays inside the Network.
Moderation
Members can report messages and content. Staff review reported content, may remove it, and may restrict messaging or suspend accounts. Staff actions are logged.
No offer of securities
Nothing on this platform is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, an interest in any security or investment vehicle. Any offering is made solely through definitive fund documents.
Liability
The platform is provided as-is. Members are responsible for their own content and for evaluating information shared by others. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tallest Peak disclaims indirect and consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
