What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, password hash, optional profile details such as member type, title, firm, bio, and hub), content you post (forum threads and replies, direct messages, contact suggestions), and operational records (invites, notifications, and staff audit entries). We do not collect payment information on this platform.
How we use it
To operate the membership: authentication, the member directory, the forum, direct messages, and moderation. Staff review direct-message content only when a member reports it. Administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
What we share
Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers. Your profile is visible to other members. Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, and, when enabled, transactional email) process data on our behalf.
Retention and deletion
You can export your data and delete your account from your data & privacy page. Deletion suspends the account immediately, removes profile details, and relabels authored content. Moderation-removed content is purged on a rolling basis.
